TERMS & CONDITIONS BETWEEN SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD AND USER/PARTNER/DISTRIBUTOR/AGENT/CUSTOMER

This Agreement between SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD.  And its USERS/Distributors/Agents/Customers binds both the User and SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD. for use of all or a part of services facilitated by SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD.                      

SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD (“SOLOGO”), a company incorporated under the [Pursuant to sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies

(Incorporation) Rules, 2014] under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), facilitator of providing services related to Travel, Payments & Digital Utilities services, information, pricing, availability and bookings/reservations for airlines, hotels, railway, holiday packages, bus and car rentals, Recharges, Bill Payments, Domestic Money Remittance, PAN, Passport, Visa, Forex, etc. nationwide through its website www.sologo.in, Mobile Application “SOLOGO PARTNER APP”, API & other mediums.

 

SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD shall facilitate User/Agent/Channel Partner/Customer with services which include but are not limited to Travel, Digital Payments, E-Commerce and Utility related services, information, pricing, availability and bookings/reservations for airlines, hotels, railway, holiday packages, bus and car rentals, Recharges, Bill Payments, Domestic Money Remittance, PAN, Passport, Visa, Forex etc. nationwide. These Services may be availed by the User in India 24X7X365 offered by various third party vendors like Govt., IRCTC, Mobile Operators, Airlines, Hotels, etc.("Service Providers") facilitated by SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD.

The services facilitated by SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD with all its terms and conditions must be read, understood and accepted by the User/Agent/distributor/Customer along with all the amendments made in terms and conditions from time to time.

User/Agent/Distributor also agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the Terms and conditions related to different services opted.

Beyond the terms and conditions of SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT LTD User/Agent/Distributor must agree upon the terms and conditions of the operators third-party vendors like Govt., IRCTC, Airlines, Bus Operators, Cab Operators, Hotel Policies, Tour Package Policies, Mobile Operators T&C’s, etc. and is bound by the same in this agreement and amendments made to this agreement from time to time.

None of the terms of this agreement may be varied or supplemented at any time except at the sole instance of SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT. LTD. in accordance with the directions issued by SOLOGO GLOBAL PVT. LTD.  from time to time.

All proceedings in any such dispute or difference shall be held in Delhi and the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the matter.

All costs, charges, and expenses incurred by the business partner relating or incidental to the sale or promotion of the said products and the business, activities or operations relating thereto shall, subject to any express provisions to the contrary contained in this agreement, be borne and paid by the business partner.

Terms & Conditions:

Recharge/Bill Payment and DMT:

1. Any recharge done on an incorrect number will not be claimed by the Retailer/Agent/Customer. The company is not responsible for any kind of incorrect recharge (recharge done on an incorrect number). The transaction will be deemed as completed. Retailer/Agent/Customer needs to generate a ticket (refund request) on long-pending recharges.

2. Any bill payment made on an incorrect number will not be claimed by the Retailer/Agent/Customer. The company shall not be held responsible for any kind of incorrect bill payment (Bill paid to an incorrect number). The transaction will be deemed as completed. Retailer/Agent/Customer needs to generate a ticket (refund request) on long-pending bill payments.

3. Pending recharges and (or) bill payments, showing pending status shall be either refunded back to Retailer/Agent/Customers ID or will be processed on customer's number in the given processed time frame subject to generate a ticket by the Retailer/Agent/Customer.

4. Any money transfer transaction made to an incorrect bank account will not be claimed by the Retailer/Agent/Customer. The company is not responsible for any kind of the wrong transaction in any circumstances. However, any pending transactions will be reflected back to the channel partner’s ID or shall be processed in the beneficiary’s account subject to generate a ticket by the Retailer/Agent/Customer.

5. A ticket shall be generated within 2-4 hours and the same shall be reported via email on info@sologo.in.

6. Tickets generated for long-pending recharges/bill payments/Money Transfers will be settled with the time span of 72 hours from the time of ticket generated and query forwarded to info@sologo.in.

7. Channel Partner’s investment in Distributorship, Agent ship, Application, Services & wallet top-up which he has committed himself/herself towards stock/services will be non- refundable & non – transferable in all circumstances.

Flights:

 SOLOGO is only a service provider/facilitator, not an operator hence the cancellation policy will be but not limited as per the policies of the operator.

Beyond operator’s cancellation/amendment fee SOLOGO will attract a standard fee/service charges of 299/- and 699/- INR for domestic and international flights respectively per pax/passenger for cancellation or reschedule.

In case of the tickets marked as NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE at the time of booking, no refunds will be done.

If your booking is made under a group fare, special fare or promotional fare it is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CANCELABLE & NAME CHANGE IS NOT ALLOWED

No refund will be given on the partial cancellation of flights.

In any refund case, the amount to be refunded will reflect into your bank account within 7 to 21 working days.

Insurance, donation and convenience fees are non-refundable.

In case of no show, no refund request will be entertained.

To enter correct details of flyer/passenger (Name, Age, DOJ, Departure City, Arrival City, Passport and Visa Information)  it is the sole responsibility of booking agent/Customer and the company shall not be held responsible in case of wrong bookings made by user/agents/customers.

In case of any booking done over the phone and the payment is pending, The PNR shall be canceled before 24-48 hours of departure and the Cancellation charge + if any amount liable will be attracted from the PAX. The said PAX will also be blacklisted by the Company for future trips.

Holiday/Umrah/Tour Packages

The token amount/booking amount paid is non-refundable.

The lesser stay will not be refunded.

Only the services/activities mentioned under "INCLUSIONS" of your package itinerary will be provided and any other desired/availed services/activities will be charged extra.
